Horizon Telecom Network (formerly NTL), are facilities-based carriers
headquartered in the Wilshire-Grand Building in Los Angeles,
California.
Background:
The Company was founded in early 2000. The principals
of the company saw a need for an aggressive, technology-driven company to tap
the global telecom market. Growing significantly but carefully the Company
has become uniquely positioned for global telecommunications with its business
partners, providing access to the worlds' highest quality digital networks
through extensive interconnection at the Tier One level. Its customers enjoy

Switching:
Primary switching facilities are located in the Meet Me
Room in the One Wilshire Building and the adjacent Quinby Building, both located
on Grand Avenue in downtown Los Angeles. These hubs provide long distance call
services to over 240 US and international countries for both inbound and
outbound US terminated calls.
Network:
Both the network, provided by Tier One and Tier Two
underlying carriers, and the switching facilities, are redundant.
Equipment:
Switching and other ancillary equipment includes Lucent
Excel, NACT, Dell, Nuera, Cisco, Telco Systems, Netrix, and other state of the art
equipment.
Billing:
Horizon Telecom Network utilizes a sophisticated Web-based
billing software for generating wholesale invoices.
