Wholesale Carrier Services
Provides for the purchase and sale of US Domestic and International airtime.

Retail Services
End-users can subscribe to Horizon Telecom Network's long distance calling plans for direct dial (1+) services or dial around provided by Horizon Telecom Network's partners.

International Private Line
The development of private circuits to and from the US to International destinations. Private circuits provide lower operating costs and greater margins/profits when selling airtime to other wholesale carriers or to carriers with retail customers.

Internet Phone Services
Horizon Telecom Network provides Internet Phone products and services through its sister company iPhoneCalling.

Debit Card Services
Provides customers with the ability to market either a prepaid card or a post-paid card (travel or calling card). This feature-rich platform allows a carrier to provide both basic card services to valued added card services, and includes protection, and is in the process of upgrading this platform to include voice recognition technology, voice-mail services, and online automatic credit card recharge.

Collocation/partition Services
This service includes network management, voice switching ports, and voice over data switching ports over Excel switching and Cisco IP Gateways.

Same as owning your switch, you control routing over Tier 1 and Tier 2 carriers, and add your margin over our cost (cost plus). Provides complete visibility and rerouting, and daily CDRs including billing.
